Order Processing

Processing time: 3-5 business days after your order is placed (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Cutoff time: Orders received after 12:00 pm Central Time are processed the next business day.

Pre-orders and back-orders ship when stock arrives; you’ll receive a confirmation email when they leave our facility.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Carrier and service options are shown at checkout; rates are calculated in real time based on destination, weight, and size.

Typical transit times (not guaranteed):

Canada: 2–8 business days

USA: 4–10 business days

International: 7–21+ business days (varies by country and customs processing)

Remote/rural areas and peak seasons may add extra time.
Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Address Accuracy & Changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute packages once an order is fulfilled.

If you spot an error, email orders@casualcarnage.ca immediately. If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment, we’ll do our best to correct it.
Delivery & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address on the carrier’s tracking.

For higher-value orders, we may require a signature on delivery at our discretion.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows Delivered but you don’t have the parcel:

Check with household members/neighbours/building staff and look for delivery notices.

Wait 48 hours as carriers sometimes mark delivered early.

Email orders@casualcarnage.ca so we can help start a carrier trace/claim.
We’re happy to assist with investigations, but replacements or store credit for lost/stolen shipments are at our discretion and may depend on the carrier’s findings. (Delivery scans to the address provided are considered proof of delivery.)
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email orders@casualcarnage.ca within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging

Brief description of the issue

Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or store credit (refunds only where required by law).
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by us. We do not control or predict these costs.
Shipping Restrictions

Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; include a physical address where possible.

We do not ship to addresses that our carriers designate as undeliverable or to countries restricted by applicable laws.
Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple parcels at no additional cost to you. Each parcel will have its own tracking.
Failed Delivery & Returned-to-Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or unclaimed pickup, we can reship (additional shipping may apply). Orders returned to sender are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.
Policy Changes
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with the updated Effective date above.
