All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

This applies to all products, including sale, promotional, limited-edition, and pre-order items.
Defects & Order Issues (Exceptions)
While we don’t accept returns for change of mind, we’ll try to make it right if there’s a problem with your order:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us at orders@casualcarnage.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion via replacement or store credit. Refunds are not offered except where required by law.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, digital products, and downloadable content.

Items marked “final sale” (which is all items under this policy).
Order Information & Delivery Issues

Verify your shipping address and item details before checkout. We aren’t responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.

If a package is refused or returned to sender, it will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment without additional shipping fees (at our discretion).
- If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package, contact the carrier and orders@casualcarnage.ca and we will assist with a trace. Final outcomes may depend on the carrier’s investigation.
