Thanks for shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Final Sale

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

  • This applies to all products, including sale, promotional, limited-edition, and pre-order items.

Defects & Order Issues (Exceptions)

While we don’t accept returns for change of mind, we’ll try to make it right if there’s a problem with your order:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us at orders@casualcarnage.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

  • Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion via replacement or store credit. Refunds are not offered except where required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, digital products, and downloadable content.

  • Items marked “final sale” (which is all items under this policy).

Order Information & Delivery Issues

  • Verify your shipping address and item details before checkout. We aren’t responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.

  • If a package is refused or returned to sender, it will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment without additional shipping fees (at our discretion).

  • If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package, contact the carrier and orders@casualcarnage.ca and we will assist with a trace. Final outcomes may depend on the carrier’s investigation.

Warranties

  • Products are provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Your Rights

  • Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

How to Report an Issue

Email orders@casualcarnage.ca within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the item and packaging

  3. Description of the issue

We’ll review and respond within 3–5 business days.
